May 27th, 1997 Dear Mr. Randles Thank you for an excellent job done by you and your employees. I found Charlie and Brian to be prompt and diligent. They were constantly busy rain or shine, Constructing the wall perfectly flat with intricate rock layers. They are artists in every sense! November 25th 1997 RE: Letter of recommendation for Randles Landscape & Design When it was time to put a rock-wall on steep hill separating the two levels of our backyard, we interviewed 5 different contractors. We were looking for someone who was reasonably priced, professional, reliable, trustworthy and with considerable experience in rock walls. We are completely satisfied with the work which has been done. We were so pleased that we expanded our original plan from one wall to five It has enhanced the beauty and value or our property as well as decreased the time wasted on maintaining a hillside of weeds and tall grass. - We especially appreciate your dedication to customer service. October , 1998 This past summer I had an outstanding experience with Randles Landscape & Design and wanted to pass on the good news to anyone interested. My landscaping included two rock walls .rock pathway, sod, hydro-seeding, irrigation, system and flower beds. Derek Randles was very professional , knowledgeable and had many excellent ideas that worked well with the layout of my residence and property.The crew assigned to my job was Walt & Tim , two of the hardest working men I've ever met. My landscaping was done in July with the temperatures in the 90's and these two never missed a beat. Walt and Tim were very conscientious and considerate. October 3, 2001 We recently had Derek and his crew re-landscape our front yard and we could not be more pleased. In just two days he completely tore out our entire front yard, removed unwanted trees and shrubs and proceeded to install our new two system sprinkler ,topsoil, sod,plants, rocks, & new trees. While the crew impressed us with their speed and skill , it was Derek with his ideas , and vision that turned our home from an ordinary curbside view in the neighborhood to something truly eye catching and unique. Randles did an excellent job on my landscaping last year. My lot was a difficult lot to
landscape, since it is on a hill and hard to get equipment up into.I get daily compliments from people walking by about how great my yard looks. Randles
did a great job, and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a landscaper in Kitsap
or Mason counties. -
April 19th, 2006 Mark, Great Job! Tell the guys thanks and we appreciate their hard work. It looks great. There are so many things about it we like. It gives the yard real definition. How much would it cost to have a load of topsoil brought in and spread when we do the work down below? There are two beds along the house I'd like filled. One in the left side of the front porch as you face the door and one down below next to the door by the septic area. We'd like the rest piled on the south side of the yard.Annette talked me into a small patch of grass. I'll rake the area and mark where I want soil. Lets talk some about this. I can show you where and we can measure to see how much soil and sod will be needed. I may just go with soil for now. As you know it all depends on how much money is left. Derek Randles, Over the course of approximately three years my wife and I have hired your company three times to perform landscaping work at our home at Twanoh Tides near Belfair. Each time you told us your work was "100% satisfaction guaranteed." Your first job was the installation of an underground sprinkler system and replacement of a small retaining wall built from timbers . The second job was to install an additional wall ,and the third was to replace the final portion of timber retaining wall with another. Each time I greatly admired your company's work and think the job was completed on time at a fair price. Approximately two months ago my wife and I noticed some of the rocks used to create the last section of the wall were crumbling. Betty phoned your company, spoke with Mr. Randles, and he subsequently had Charlie inspect the wall. When Charlie completed the inspection, he left a message on our phone indicating the wall would be replaced. When I arrived home yesterday I saw a new wall created with the same care and attention to detail Randles Landscape & Design performed each of the previous three times. Dec. 16, 2011 Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the recent design and construction of the front yard of our home. Since the finished product was seen by all our neighbors we have recieved constant praise for your design and finished work. We are delighted with the end result and could not have wished for anything more. From the begining, you and your crew were a joy to work with. All suggestions were made and recieved with positive attitudes and accepted in the landscape plan. Workmanship was exceptional by each worker. All worked in a harmonious manner and never was there a derogatory word spoken on this job. When you found something that you did not agree with, you took corrective action to adjust it and perfected the design.
